A-Grade Home Inspection is a family owned and operated business. Our family has been in the construction, remodeling, and repair business for over thirty years and have seen and fixed issues that many inspectors often overlook. We also work as teachers in Utah schools and take joy in educating others. Our experience in construction and education makes home inspection a perfect fit for us as our aim is to evaluate your home in order to educate you.

When we are not inspecting, teaching, or building something we are usually running to dance competitions, ball games, or practices. We also like to have fun outdoors every chance we get. We like to hike, bike, camp, fish, and ride (rivers, horses, snowmobiles, boards, four wheelers or the range). We love living in Utah and keep pretty busy trying to find some of the many hidden treasures peppered throughout the state.
